Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan registered the resolution “On introduction of changes to regulation on placement of advertisement” of the State Committee on demonopolization and competition development.

The resolution said that placement of advertisement of medical products for under ages in print media, TV and radio stations is not allowed without permission of the Ministry of Healthcare of Uzbekistan.

To obtain permission, applicants should submit application and text of advertisement (or video or audio of advertisement) of medical products for under ages to the Ministry of Healthcare, the document said.
