Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to organize advanced training and rating assessment of employees of republican and local executive authorities responsible for the development of information and communication technologies” was adopted.

From 1 July 2023, government employees responsible for ICT will undergo advanced training once every 3 years. The Ministry of Digital Technologies has been identified as the responsible body for the advanced training of these employees.

The Regulations on the procedure for organizing certification and advanced training of employees responsible for the development of information and communication technologies of republican and local executive authorities were approved.

The refresher course must be at least 24 hours, employees who complete the course undergo a rating assessment every two months. All costs associated with advanced training are covered by the funds of the state bodies that sent them.

From 1 August 2023, the first heads of state bodies will be trained in short-term courses on the widespread introduction of digital technologies and the effective implementation of projects at the Academy of Public Administration.
