Head of JBIC’s Moscow office visits Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Head of Moscow Office of Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) Hiroshi Ivao held negotiations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan on 6 February 2013.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said in a statement that Hiroshi Ivao is currently visiting Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged opinion on perspective directions of cooperation between JBIC and Uzbekistan.

JBIC provided several loans to Uzbekistan to finance projects in such sectors as light industry, chemistry industry, oil and gas sector, ICT, etc.
