Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today’s qualifying matches among Greco-Roman wrestlers have ended.

Zhaslgasbay Berdimuratov received a ticket to the finals in the weight category up to 87 kg. In the semi-finals, our compatriot defeated the Japanese Masato Sumi.

Ilkhomjon Bakhromov (-60 kg) and Makhmud Bakhshulloev (-67 kg) will fight for the bronze medal, and Dilshod Omongeldiev (-77 kg), who lost in the quarterfinals, will fight for third place in the repechage match.

Berdimuratov’s opponent in the final will be Iranian Nosir Alizoda.
