The Center for coordination and development of securities market under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for privatization, demonopolization and development of competition registered the prospectus of emission of the banks on 24 December 2013.

Within the emission, Hamkorbank will place 120 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 138 soums each. Total sum of the issue makes up 16.56 billion soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on open subscription. At least 25% of the issue will be placed via the stock exchange and other part – via off-exchange market.
