Uzbekistan-based Hamkorbank was named as the best bank in developing markets for 2013 in Asian region, the press service of the Uzbek bank said.

Editors of Global Finance in assistance of financial analysts, heads of corporations and banking consultants selected the best banks in developing markets in the region and 22 countries. At accessing results of the banks, they took into account growth of assets, profitability, strategic interaction, services to client, competitive prices and innovation products.

The detailed information on banks will be published in May 2013. The awarding ceremony will be held on 12 October 2013 in Washington at the meeting of World Bank and International Monetary Fund.
