Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Hamkorbank JSCB increases its authorized capital by 323.32 billion soums.

The bank decided to place an additional issue of common and preferred shares. The shares will be placed among the bank’s shareholders.

According to the decision, the shares will be paid for through the reinvestment of the bank’s retained profits from previous years.

At the same time, the bank will allocate 17.01 billion soums to pay taxes on dividends in connection with the placement of shares. The bank will transfer funds to persons exempt from paying dividend tax.
