The certificates were presented to young businesspersons at the end of forum “Integration of social projects and initiatives”, which gathered over 800 representatives of culture, art, science, education, sport, public and state organizations.

Some 30 young perspectives entrepreneurs received certificates, who successfully completed winter school within the Programme on support of young entrepreneurs, carried out every three months by Kelajak ovozi YIC under the aegis of the Forum of Culture and Arts of Uzbekistan Fund.

The project is directed at attracting youth to small business and it helps them to start their own business. The project is supported by British Council, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, Social Initiatives Support Fund, National Association of microcredit organizations and credit unions and Microcreditbank.

Over 500 young people applied to the programme and about 20 of them received grants and loans to implement their projects.
