Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbek para-taekwondo athlete Guljanoy Naimova won a silver medal at the Paralympic Games in Paris.

Competing in the over 65 kg weight category in the K44 class, she faced Amy Truesdale from the United Kingdom in the final match and lost. Guljanoy Naimova sustained an injury and was unable to continue the fight.

Guljanoy Naimova could not defend her title as the Paralympic champion from Tokyo.
