The programme is aimed at modernization of secondary special and higher education in agriculture sector in line with modern requirements of the market.

The programme will help to modernize courses on agriculture directions at secondary special and higher education establishments in Central Asian region.

It is planned to publish textbooks and manuals, as well as to hold events directed at improving skills of teachers from professional colleges and universities.

According to GTZ, the progreamme “Professional education and training in Central Asia - I” will be implemented in all countries of the Central Asian region. The project will be implemented within eight years.
