Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- By 2030, it is planned to increase the number of green spaces in the city of Tashkent to 5,000 hectares. 

According to the action plan developed in this regard, in 2024 300 hectares of green spaces will be created in addition to the existing 900 hectares, thus, systematically green areas will reach 1100 hectares, in 2025 - 1400 hectares, in 2026 - 1900 hectares, in 2027 - 2500 ha, in 2028 - 3200 ha and in 2029 - 4000 ha.

At the same time, a passport will be assigned to each growing and planted tree, the persons responsible for their care will be assigned, and control over their growth will be established.
