The document was adopted in order to stimulate production of export-oriented and import-replacing localized goods.

According to the resolution, the government included ten new projects to the the programme on localization of production of ready goods, spare parts and materials for 2012-2013. The programme was expanded with projects on production of electric engines, plastic parts for automobiles, wire, polypropylene yarn, etc.

The resolution excluded 17 projects from the programme on localization of production of ready goods, spare parts and materials for 2012-2013 due to low demand to these products.

The document said that the projects will receive customs and tax preferences, envisaged by the presidential resolution from 27 January 2009.
