Within the event, it is planned to hold lectures titled “Aspects of modern trends in museum exposition in Germany”, which will be held at National Institute of Art and Design named after Kamoliddin Bekhzod on 11 September and Fine Art Gallery of Uzbekistan on 12 September. It is planned to hold exhibition at Tashkent Photography House on 24 October.

Goethe Institute Tashkent organized the seminar along with Uzbekistan Art Academy within two-year regional project “Time Machine. Museums in the XXI century” on the modernization of museums in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

The project, as a “re-exposition” of the museum, will make the perception of exposition more targeted and integrate cultural and scientific potential of museums to the needs of modern society.

German specialist Barbara Geynrikh and art experts, as well as painters from Uzbekistan will develop plans on modernization of museum space at concrete production places.
