Geynrikh gives Uzbekistan 1-0 win in North Korea

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Alexander Geynrikh netted the only goal of the game as Uzbekistan defeated North Korea 1-0 in a 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier on Tuesday, 11 October.

Uzbekistan international Alexander Geynrikh scored after 25 minutes to put Uzbekistan on top of Group C with seven points from three games.

Vadim Abramov’s side will entertain North Korea on 11 November at home and the victory will help Uzbekistan to book place in next qualification round of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
