Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Employment and Poverty Reduction of Uzbekistan Bekhzod Musayev met with Klaus Mangold, President of the German company Mangold Consulting Gmbh, and Managing Director of the company, Dr. Christoph Mangold.

The parties discussed issues of hiring and training workers, as well as attracting citizens of Uzbekistan to in-demand jobs in Germany.

Due to demographic processes in Germany, the need for labor from other countries is increasing. Currently, medical specialists from Uzbekistan are already working in Germany.

It is noted that the demand for medical personnel remains high. More than 1,000 hospitals in Germany are experiencing a shortage of medical personnel, and Uzbekistan is ready to provide support in this area.

However, language barriers slow down this process, so it has been proposed to simplify the language requirements, including by shortening the duration of German language courses.

There is also a great demand for specialists in metallurgy, logistics and transport.

The parties agreed to develop a legal framework for more effective implementation of agreements.
