The seminar, financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany, was conducted by director of Academy of Germany Athletics Federation Wolfgang Killing.

During the seminar, about 20 coaches on athletics from all regions of Uzbekistan received chance to improve their knowledge on modern methods of conducting training on such disciplines as high jump, long jump and triple jump.

Being an athlete, Wolfgang Killing set a European record on high jump indoors in Great Britain. He jumped to 2.28 meters. He was member of German national team and participated in Olympic Games in Montreal.

Within the campaign, Germany Olympic Confederation of Germany handed over sport equipment to Uzbekistan Athletics Federation.
