German rock band Die Toten Hosen to give concerts in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Legendary German rock band Die Toten Hosen will give two concerts in Uzbekistan. The concerts will be held in Tashkent on 24 September 2010 and in Samarkand on 25 September 2010.

Embassy of Germany in Uzbekistan organized the concerts. Mercedes-Benz Buses & Coaches, Deutsche Kabel AG Taschkent and Siemens sponsored the concerts.

Die Toten Hosen (the German expression "tote hose" means "boring") was founded in 1989 and is world famous by its live shows. At the end of 1990s, an American mass media called Die Toten Hosen the second famous group after Scorpions.

As true leaders of punk-rock, Die Toten Hosen band performers are against fascism and racism, nuclear war and the destruction of world flora and fauna.
