The German delegation met the chairman of the People’s Bank Muhamet Djumagaldiev and his deputy Hudaynazar Kurbanov and discussed issues of deepening partnership cooperation.

The sides considered a draft of additional agreement on creation of renewable credit fund at the People’s Bank to stimulate businesses of women-entrepreneurs.

The Uzbek bank and the German fund established ties in 1999. The sides cooperate in various fields, including training of specialists, modernizing crediting of small businesses, formation of modern banking management, creating mobile banking branches.
