Galla Bank has floated the 13th additional non-cash stock issuance. The nominal value of each share is 100 soums. The total volume of the float makes up 6 billion soums.
The total number of shares issue is 60 million, including 57 million common shares and the rest are preferred stock.
Galla Bank’s authorized capital made up 8 billion soums as of 1 July 2007, a source at the bank said. It currently has 6,072 shareholders. The volume of the bank’s assets as of the mentioned date comprised 125.4 billion soums, and liabilities – 102.9 billion soums. In the first half of this year the bank made a net profit of 2.5 billion soums.
