Diplomatic missions of foreign countries accredited in Russia, including the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Fund Forum, and the All-Russian Association of Public Associations "Russian Public Academy of the National Press” and Jawaharlal Nehru Cultural Centre (India) were the partners of the conference. Within the event, the presentation of the book "Civilizations, nations, cultures of Central Asia", by academician E. Rtveladze took place.
The conference was attended by the faculty of the University, representatives of the diplomatic corps in Moscow, experts from Azerbaijan, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Norway, Sweden, Armenia and South Korea.
Present at the presentation, the viewers were able to take a look at the book, which was released with the assistance from the Fund Forum. It was noted that the book "Civilizations, nations, cultures of Central Asia”, published in Russian, English, and Japanese is the result of fundamental research of Uzbek academician E. Rtveladze in Kampirtepa – an ancient town.
Participants learnt that the book was devoted to the history of civilizations and the Central Asian states, the relations of cultures and religions of different countries of the Eurasian continent. The book consists of four chapters, which cover such aspects as: civilizations, supervisions, spiritual culture and the migration of cultures. The impact of Eastern civilizations to the world culture and art is particularly discussed in detail at the last chapter.
The fact that this is the first study which generalizes the stories of European and Asian science was of particular interest to the gathered. The book contains information about the history of civilizations in Central Asia, the way they were composed, formed, the governments of the region, their growth and development, and about the Central Asian culture, which existed not only in itself, but also in a powerful relationship with the world.
It was also noted that in the past 20 years, Uzbekistan has developed a particular concept of the study and promotion of its history and culture, and publication of scientific research materials, prepared with the support of the Fund Forum is of great importance and is a valuable source of knowledge and information for a wider audience.
