Fund Forum, which has Consultative Status with the ECOSOC since 2010, participated at the event along with other NGOs and presented a report on youth projects and initiatives, implemented under the aegis of the Fund.

It was noted that Fund Forum, being largest public organization in the region, which work with youth, contributes to development of harmonically developed generation in Uzbekistan. Fund Forum presented such projects as Kelajak Ovozi, School of young entrepreneurs, Mehr Nuri Foundation, etc.

It was said that since its foundation Fund Forum actively supports and implements youth projects in Uzbekistan, which are directed at achieving goals of Global Youth Action Programme and MDGs.

In conclusion, it was underlined that situation of youth in the world, which is main human resource for sustainable development, positive social changes and technological innovation, is still should be addressed in international level. Fund Forum called to promote solutions, which would improve role of youth in social process and development of the society, etc.

Fund Forum said that representatives of over 50 states, as well as such UN structures as UNESCO, UNICEF, UNFPA, ESCATO and others, participated at the event.
