Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A resident of the city of Kagan K.A., born in 1982, being aware that there were no documents for 0.06 hectares of land located along Khuzhabargi Street, promised to issue a plot to citizen Sh. A. and demanded US$10,000 for it. This was reported by the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Bukhara region.

On 20 April, during an operational event, the police officers of the ORS Department of Internal Affairs of the region detained this person at the time of receiving the required money.

On this fact, a criminal case has been initiated under part 3 of article 168 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a preliminary investigation is currently underway.
