Fourteen houbaras birds released into nature in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Fourteen houbaras have been released into nature in Navoi region of Uzbekistan on 13 September 2012, ecologic company Chinor ENK said.

Houbaras is one of unique birds and it was included to Red Book of Uzbekistan and Red Book of Intentional Nature Protection Union.

Taking into account experience of Israel and Saudi Arabia on reproduction of this bird, Emirates Center for Conservation of Houbara in Navoi region and Emirates Birds Breeding Center in Bukhara region were founded.

These nurseries breed houbaras birds under the supervision of the state bodies on nature protection.

The company said that this year it is planned to release birds to nature in two stages. The first stage was held today and the second stage will take place in October.
