The statement added that it will issue 284,483 ordinary shares with nominal value of 2,750 soums each. Total sum of the issue is 782.328 million soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement old shares with par value of 1,000 soums to new shares with par value of 2,750 soums.

The company said that the part of shares for 284.483 million soums is paid on par value, while other part for 497.845 million soums will be paid due to undistributed income of previous years.
