According to the presidential resolution, Fotih Jalalov was appointed as the First Deputy Minister of Culture and Sport Affairs of Uzbekistan.

Earlier, Fotih Jalalov worked at Uzbekkino system. He played roles in films of various Uzbek directors. He is honored actor of Uzbekistan.

He also headed Uzbektelefilm of National Television and Radio Companyy of Uzbekistan and headed department of theatres and spectacle establishments at the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Uzbekistan.
