Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The First International Festival of Applied Arts is organized on 10 - 15 September at the Khudoyorkhon Residence, the square of the Central Park of the city of Qoqand, Ferghana region.

The event is organized by the Republican Association “Hunarmand”, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, khokimiyats of Ferghana Region, the Art Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The festival is held for the first time, and will subsequently be held every two years. The event will bring together craftsmen from all over the world, various representatives of the culture of our country and neighboring countries.
