Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The first international corporate bonds of Navoi Mining and Metallurgy Combinat JSC (NGMK) have been successfully listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
Representatives of NGMK participated in a ceremonial event at the LSE, marking the issuance and placement of debut international corporate bonds worth US$1 billion.
During the ceremony, the Chairman of the Board and CEO of NGMK, Kuvandik Sanakulov, symbolically opened the trading of the company’s international corporate bonds on the London Stock Exchange.
In his speech, he expressed deep gratitude to all participants involved in the process, including the leadership and representatives of international banks, as well as the London Stock Exchange, who played a significant role in integrating the company into the international capital market and facilitating the successful placement of its first international corporate bonds.
Additionally, company representatives signed the issuer registration book of the London Stock Exchange, marking an important milestone in NGMK’s history and its future operations on the global stage.
