Bakhtiyor Khaidarov was appointed to the post of first deputy khokim of the city of Tashkent for finance, economics and poverty reduction.

Bakhtiyor Khaidarov was born in 1989 in Bukhara.

In 2010, he graduated from the Tashkent Financial Institute with a bachelor's degree, and in 2012 received a master's degree from the same institute.

He began his career in 2009 and performed a number of responsible tasks.
