Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Jamshid Abdusalomov has been appointed to the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Tourism Committee.

Prior to his appointment, Jamshid Abdusalomov worked as the head of the secretariat of the Vice Prime Minister Jamshid Khodjaev.

The Tourism Committee was established in accordance with a presidential decree under the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change. It was headed by the former Permanent Representative of Uzbekistan to UNESCO Umid Shadiev.
