Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Now detailed inspections of business entities will be carried out once a year. Previously, in some cases, they were held no more than once every three years.

The Presidential Decree “On Measures to Further Improve the System for Protecting the Rights and Legitimate Interests of Business Entities” has been amended to envisage the restoration of the powers of the state fire supervision authorities to inspect the activities of business entities.

According to the document, a detailed and control check can be carried out once a year in connection with compliance with fire safety requirements.

Since March 2020, this has been provided for at different times according to the fire hazard classification of objects (1st group - no more than 1 time per year; 2nd group - no more than 1 time in 2 years; 3rd group - no more than 1 time in 3 of the year).

It is envisaged that the appeals of legal entities or individuals, and information received from the media and other sources will become the basis for an operational investigation.

In addition, so far it has not been allowed to carry out inspections without notifying business entities.

Now the state fire supervision authorities have the right not to notify entrepreneurs of upcoming inspections.

Carrying out preventive measures for business entities will be carried out without the consent of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs.
