Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 30 July, reports of a major fire in the capital appeared on social media. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the blaze broke out at a synthetic padding production facility on Usta Shirin Street in the Almazar district.

The fire was reported at 09:58, and fire crews arrived on the scene by 10:02. The flames were contained by 10:10 and fully extinguished by 10:13.

Senior officials from the Tashkent City Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and representatives of relevant organizations arrived at the site. No casualties were reported.
