In line with the emission terms, the company will float 23,500 ordinary shares with nominal value of 100,000 soums each. Total volume of emission makes up 2.35 billion soums.

This is the second emission of the company and it was registered on 14 December 2009 by the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market.

The emission will be placed on open subscription among unlimited number of investors, the company said.

Finans sug’urta OJSC was founded in December 2007. The company renders insurance services, including personal insurance, property insurance, etc. The company holds license of Uzbekistan Finance Ministry, which allows it to work both on voluntary and mandatory insurance market in all 17 classes.
