Finance Ministry of Uzbekistan to buy shares of Qishloq Qurilish Bank by 17.347bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Open joint stock commercial bank Qishloq Qurilish Bank will increase its charter capital by 17.347 billion soums.
Shareholders of Qishloq Qurilish Bank adopted a decision to issue additional ordinary shares at the volume of 169.243 million units with par value of 102.5 soums each.
The bank said that all shares of the emission will be sold to the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan on closed subscription.
Currently, the charter capital of Qishloq Qurilish Bank makes up 153.75 billion soums.
