Ferghanaazot receives net income for 735.061 million soums in 2010
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ferghanaazot open joint stock company increased net income from 630.429 million soums in 2009 to 735.061 million soums, the annual report of the company said.

According to the report, the company produced goods for 206.6 billion soums in 2010, which is 16.7% more compared to 2009. The volume of exports made up US$64.4 million in 2010. In the reporting period, the enterprise produced localized products for 21.08 billion soums.

Net revenue from goods implementation grew from 179.592 billion soums in 2009 to 193.72 billion soums in 2010. Prime cost of goods rose from 143.149 billion soums in 2009 to 147.549 billion soums in 2010.

Expenses of the period made up 44.25 billion soums in 2010 against 40.714 billion soums in 2009, the report said.

Other incomes decreased from 2.417 billion soums to 2.361 billion soums in the reporting period. Income from financial activity made up 679.52 million soums in 2010 against 3.966 billion soums in 2009. Expenses from financial activity decreased from 11.142 billion soums in 2009 to 3.711 billion soums in 2010.

The assets grew from 468.331 billion soums in 2009 to 558.159 billion soums in 2010. Own capital rose from 118.491 billion soums to 128.851 billion soums in the reporting period. The charter capital grew from 40.346 billion soums to 40.527 billion soums.

Long-term liabilities of Ferghanaazot exceeded 174.607 billion soums in 2010 against 170.39 billion soums in 2009m, while current liabilities jumped from 179.449 billion soums to 254.7 billion soums.

Ferghanaazot is the largest enterprise in Uzbekistan for the production of nitrogen fertilizer and it was commissioned in 1956. Currently, the plant is the largest chemical enterprise for the production of ammonium nitrate and carbamide.
