Ferghana Region to Build Medical Center Based on South Korean Model
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A modern medical center based on South Korean experience is planned to be established in Ferghana region.
The project was discussed during a meeting between Deputy Governor of the region Nuriddin Mamadjanov and Director of Armed Inc Azizbek Tuychiyev.
Armed Inc, headquartered in South Korea, presented its developments in medical technologies and production of modern medical equipment, including solutions in spinal surgery.
During the talks, the parties reviewed the company’s experience in implementing medical projects, participation in international exhibitions, as well as approaches to specialist training and job creation.
Special attention was given to the integration of Korean healthcare practices into treatment processes and the development of related social infrastructure.
Representatives of Ferghana region noted that the region is actively developing its healthcare sector and that the number of foreign patients seeking treatment continues to grow.
Following the meeting, the parties reached an agreement to implement the project and further develop cooperation.
