Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The driver of the Lacetti car died in hospital after an accident with a bus in Mirzo-Ulubek district of Tashkent. This was reported by Tashkent city police.

The accident that occurred on 15 June at 08:30 in the morning along Sultania Street, between an Isuzu bus driven by citizen I.G., born in 1978, and the Lacetti driver driven by citizen I.M., born in 1991

As a result of an accident, the driver of the Lacetti car was taken to a medical facility with injuries. However, despite the efforts of the medical staff, I.M. passed away.

In connection with this situation, the investigative department of the Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent initiated a criminal case under article 266 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The investigation is ongoing.
