Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The 3rd international exhibition of light industry - Fashion Style Russia - started in Moscow. More than 10 member enterprises of the Uzcharmsanoat association presented about 100 samples of new products at the exhibition.

At this exhibition, our domestic enterprises had another opportunity to better study the demand of the Russian market and become familiar with the trends that will be relevant in this market in the coming year. As a result, our entrepreneurs will be able to present new business packages to their Russian partners.

On the first day of the exhibition, many Russian companies showed interest in astrakhan products, children's and women's shoes made in Uzbekistan. Another important point was that the majority of Russian companies presented their products produced in collaboration with Uzbek enterprises at Fashion Style Russia.

In particular, the Russian enterprise "Krasnaya Vetka" is participating with sports shoes for children and women, which it produces in cooperation with the Kokand enterprise. According to the Russian businessman, starting next year all production processes will be transferred to Uzbekistan.

The Karavan-SK company also opened a joint venture in our country last year and established leather production. After a short time, the finished leather, made from raw materials from Uzbekistan, is exhibited at an international exhibition. The company also exported its products.

Entrepreneurs have 3 more exhibition days ahead. Fashion Style Russia will serve as a platform for mutually beneficial negotiations and concluding new contracts until 8 September inclusive.
