The company registered new emission of shares. In line with the prospectus of emission, the company will issue 910,827 ordinary and 5,976 preferential shares. The nominal value is 5,000 soums each.

According to the prospectus of emission, total volume of the issue will make up 4.584 billion soums.

The company said that the shares will be placed on close subscription among shareholder through replacement of old shares with lower par value to new stocks with higher nominal price.

The company said that the part of shares for 1.834 billion soums is paid on their par value and other part for 2.75 billion soums will be paid due to undistributed income.
