According to the decree of the minister, new rules will regulate behavior of fans during the football matches in Uzbekistan.
In line with the document, the fans have right to enter sport complexes if they have tickets. They can also use services of kitchen, café, and other services, provided by administrations of sport complexes.
Fans can bring flags, flags with plastic staff, photo cameras, mobile telephones, plastic pipes and drums.
Fans can also place large banners and shirts to empty sides of stadium if there is permission of administration of sport complex and law enforcement bodies. At the same time, the rules said that the banners should not have abusive language and violate legislation of Uzbekistan.
Fans should undergo inspection, which is conducted by representatives of law enforcement bodies at entrance to the sort complex.
Fans are banned to visit sport complex under alcoholic intoxication, bring and consume of alcohol and tobacco products. It is also banned to bring weapons, flammable, explosive, poisonous, pyrotechnic, odorous, cutting and stabbing products, etc. It is also banned to bring animals to sport complex.
Fans should avoid shouts and other actions, degrading match participants, spectators or offending human morality. Fans should never paint the face or other body parts.
Football fans should not throw objects to the pitch and enter rooms of officials, VIP and other special zones. They should not stay at passages, stairs and hatches, create barrier to movement of fans and participants, stand on the seats, damage property of sport complex. It is not allowed to use pyrotechnic products during the match.
Fans can support their teams and make photos, use mottos and slogans to support their teams. They should also respect symbols of Uzbekistan, Uzbekistan Football Federation and clubs.
