Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 23 May 2023, a meeting was held to familiarize experts with representatives of the GIZ Academy for Technical Vocational Education and Training in Germany (TVET) as part of the project "Support to the process of reforming and modernizing the vocational education system of Uzbekistan".

During the acquaintance, the experts discussed and proposed mechanisms for training personnel and implementing dual education in the republic.

On the part of representatives of enterprises, practical assistance was offered in the mechanism and PR work on the further development of vocational education and the introduction of dual education with the involvement of international experts and private entrepreneurship, including in the regions of the republic.

In particular, attention was paid to conducting trainings on dual education, technical consultations, management of vocational colleges, measures to develop competencies in dual aspects of vocational education and training, and cooperation with the textile sector, as well as measures to increase the competence of members of the Industry Council of the Association professional skills and competencies.
