Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 15 July 2024, the industrial products exhibition "Made in Turkmenistan" kicked off at the "Anhor-Locomotive" Park in Tashkent.
The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khojayev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Turkmenistan Batyr Atdayev, representatives of ministries, departments, and business circles from both countries.
Batyr Atdayev emphasized that Uzbekistan is an important trade and economic partner for Turkmen businessmen, and strengthening cooperation between businesses of countries located on the trade-developed route of the Great Silk Road is of great importance for mutually beneficial development.
The national exhibition of Turkmenistan showcases achievements and services in textiles, agriculture and food products, construction materials, and carpet weaving.
The exhibition will continue its work until 16 July, providing a platform for showcasing Turkmenistan’s industrial capabilities and fostering bilateral economic ties.
