The programmes were prepared by Euronews crew and it is the second in the cycle of programmes “Uzbekistan Life”, which earlier presented Samarkand. The channel also preprared a programme on Khiva, Jahon news agency reported.
In the report, the journalists presented Bukhara, its monuments, hospitality, etc. It also presented information on ancient scholars as Abu Ali ibn Sino, Bahavuddin Naqshband and others, who contributed to development of science.
The report also presented information about families of blacksmiths, miniaturists, embroidery masters, ceramic and wood carving masters.
Jahon reported that the programme about Bukhara was shown in 14 languages, including Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Persian, Polish, Greek, Russian, etc. The programme also can be viewed at the website of the channel.
In October 2013, the channel presented a programme on Tashkent city. Soon, Euronews will implement new projects related in Uzbekistan.
