Entrepreneurs can open accounts at banks without signature verification
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- All business entities can open accounts at banks without verifying samples of signatures by the notary officers.

Minister of Justice of Uzbekistan introduced corresponding changes to instruction on order of conducing notary actions by notary officers.

Now all business entities are exempted from necessity to verify examples of signatures by notary offices to open bank account.

However, requirement to verify signature remains for NGOs, their offices and branches, permanent establishments of non-residents of Uzbekistan, diplomatic offices of foreign states, consular offices, representative offices of intergovernmental and international organizations, government organizations of foreign states.

The document also abolished requirement for verification of signature samples of liquidator or persons, who was appointed by liquidation commission.
