Starting from June 2011, the enterprises should submit list of fees to cumulative pension of their works in electronic document till 15th day after reporting month.
The form of the list was not changed, but its format changed. The letter should be in form of single electronic data base and submitted to the People’s Bank and its branches in electronic carriers or via telecommunication networks.
This electronic document will serve as ground for transfer of received fund for cumulative pension accounts of the citizens at the People’s Bank. The original list in paper, signed by head and accountant of the enterprises, will be stored at the enterprise.
Earlier, the employers submitted data on paper and if the number of employees exceeds 50 people, the electronic copy of data was submitted along with printed ones.
If the employees of People’s Bank find mistake in data, they will request employers to eliminate them up to 25th day after the reporting month. If employers fail to submit corrected data and explanation, the bank will inform about this to tax bodies.
