Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Minister of Investments, Industry, and Trade Laziz Kudratov met with Safir Ahmed, CEO of the Emirati company Burjeel Holdings.

During the meeting, the company’s leadership was presented with key aspects of Uzbekistan's favorable investment climate, including tax incentives, preferences, legislative guarantees protecting investor interests, and attractive opportunities in domestic and regional markets.

The sides discussed prospects for further expanding cooperation.

Founded in 2007, Burjeel Holdings is one of the largest private healthcare operators in the Middle East and North Africa. Headquartered in Dubai, the company employs more than 17,000 people, and its total assets are estimated at US$2.5 billion.
