Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A new head has been appointed to the Health Department of Bukhara Region, the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan reported.
Elyor Oltiyev has been appointed to this position by the order of the Minister of Health.
He graduated from the bachelor's program at the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute in 2011 and completed his clinical residency at the Bukhara State Medical Institute in 2017. Elyor began his career in the field of primary healthcare.
Throughout his professional career, he has held various positions, including chief specialist and head of a department at the Health Department of Bukhara Region. He also managed medical organizations in the cities of Kogon and Karakul District.
Additionally, he served as the deputy director for regional work at the National Center for Pediatrics and held the positions of deputy head of the department and head of a department at the Ministry of Health.
Prior to this appointment, Elyor Oltiyev was the deputy director of the National Medical Center for Regional Affairs.
