Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Egyptian company "Bell Energy" has expressed interest in investing in promising energy projects in Uzbekistan, particularly in a chemical cluster project in the Bukhara region, the Dunyo news agency reported.
During a videoconference meeting with representatives of the Egyptian company, the khokim of Bukhara district, Anvar Ochilov, and the management of Petrochem Sepehr LLC discussed the potential for "Bell Energy" to participate as an investor-partner in the chemical cluster project.
District khokim Anvar Ochilov provided detailed insights into the project, noting that the cluster’s main products are intended for export to European countries.
Haitham Hussein, Chairman of the Board of Bell Energy, expressed a strong interest in participating in the project.
The parties agreed to exchange detailed project information and continue negotiations with the Egyptian investor.
