EGGAR OJSC to issue stocks for over 350 million soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
EGGAR open joint stock company, edible oil producer in Uzbekistan, announced a prospectus of emission for 385.08 million soums.
The company will issue 38,508 ordinary shares with nominal value of 10,000 soums each. Total sum of the emission will make up 385.08 million soums.
According to the accounting reports, EGGAR OJSC’s authorized capital makes up 992.64 million soums. All shares of the emission will be transferred to the government.
