Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 20-21 October r, the city of Khanabad, Andijan region, will host the l International Ecotourism Forum "Hanabad wellness-resort".

This forum is organized as part of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On additional measures to diversify domestic tourism services” from 30 April 2022.

The purpose of this forum, held by the General Department of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of Andijan region and the regional administration, is to inform the general public about the clean air and nature of the city of Khanabad, exchange the experience of Andijan region on environmental protection and conservation, identify the unique potential, development prospects and opportunities of the city Khanabad in the field of tourism, analysis from a scientific point of view, getting acquainted with the opinion of industry experts on this issue and developing proposals and plans in order to further increase the flow of tourists to Khanabad.

This forum is traditionally planned to be held every two years in October. The forum has an international status, and this year it is planned to involve scientists and professors from 7 foreign countries (Bulgaria, Poland, China, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia), experts in the field of tourism.`
