Ecosan, environment and health organization, and Uzbekistan Railways, delivered humanitarian aid worth 50 million soums to Karakalpakstan, UzA reported.

The regular health train brought clothes, shoes and other goods, which will be distributed among large and low-income families, elderly and the disabled, as well as social objects.

Since the beginning of this year, similar cargo was delivered to Bukhara, Kashkadarya, Namangan, Surkhandarya and Ferghana regions. The total cost of the humanitarian aid to these regions made up more than 250 million soums.

Until the end of 2007, more health trains will be sent to other regions of Uzbekistan.
